This is our vault and packing address, not a walk-in store. Please do not send returns here without emailing first — returns need a reference number so we can match them to your order.
Before you write
- Where is my order? Tracking is emailed at dispatch, which is 1-2 business days after ordering. Delivery takes a further 3-5 business days.
- Can I verify a graded card? Yes — the certification number is in every graded listing, and PSA's population report is public.
- Do you buy collections? Yes. Email a list with photographs and we will make an offer or tell you honestly that it is not for us.
